BISCUIT By Jack Hubbard Danusia's son, Jack, has coeliac disease, and has to be very careful about his diet. He isn't allowed any wheat, so he can't eat bread or chocolate biscuits. He opens up the cupboard where he keeps his special gluten-free bread and biscuits. The special chocolate biscuits he used to be able to get aren't available on prescription any more - he thinks that's unfair, and they should be.
