LIFE BRIGADE By Will Hogg Will has one of the best views over the mouth of the River Tyne at Tynemouth - and so he should. From an early age, he has had a love for the sea and after being introdced to the Tynemouth Volunteer Life Brigade by a friend, he has devoted his life to keeping an eye out for those in peril on the surrounding seas and coastline.
