MOSAIC By Philip Hardaker Philip Hardaker, a Stoke-on-Trent community artist and sculptor, has been working with 160 children from eight local schools on a huge mosaic to celebrate Stoke-on-Trent's creative and cultural achievements. Each has created three to five tiles: the complete work will go on show in the city.
