CALL CENTRE By Gabriel Jeffrey Gabriel recently quit his job as a charity fund-raiser in a call centre. He hated the job and decided to leave after three months. He was uncomfortable phoning people asking them for money, especially pensioners. When he asked people in authority where the money went he received a hostile response and believes a lot of it gets wasted. His 'terrible experience' has given him an insight as to why lots of people are cynical about charities.
