BARNEY THE DOG By Barbara Lang Barney the dog is a little overweight, so to avoid too much pressure on his joints, heart disease and diabetes, he has gone on a diet. It's been four weeks of walks and no treats, although he is still allowed the occasional biscuit and cup of tea.
