| Bob As I watched Natasha's video it was like looking at myself through an emotional mirror - everything she said in the video reflects some part of my life - it's helpful to know that I'm not the only one - Thanks for being so brave and talking openly about it - good luck Julie I just watched natashas video and i agree with her that its a very hard illness to live with, on the outside you look ok but on the inside its a totally different story. Ive nearly lost my present job and gave up my previous job cos of my illness. Its not nice living with depression at all. I know im not alone now and it helps when someone else can explain how you feel even though we dont know each other. Pamela This video has a lot of meaning for me,as I finally went to the doctor just today for help with my won depression. It's hard, but we can make it through to where things get better. As Natasha says she has to put on a brave face to appear acceptable in her workplace. As a Manic Depressive myself i could relate to this sympton all too well as the effort required is so draining and leaves one vunerable in many ways. Natasha has bravely revealed an aspect of this disorder which can make working almost impossible. brenda you look like you are in a beautiful place. I live with depression not me my daughter you are a lot further on the mend than I think she is; she can only go within 10min radius of home and doesn't work at all. She doesn't get help other than prescription stuff: where do you go from here; I admire you ableness in doing the video - you will get better |
