Richard spent four years living on the streets in London. He's now got a room in a homeless hostel and is trying to find a job. To make himself look a little more presentable he's going to the dentist for the first time in 23 years.

It is wonderful to see micheal doing so well. my question is, how can this footage of hope reach homeless people? if they dont have a home, probably no TV and of course no internet. How will they know what help is available if they dont have access to any of the above? Ivan
