COPING AND HOPING By Denise Lester Denise spent Christmas in Thailand and left Phuket just hours before the waves hit. She's now in Bangkok, fielding countless text messages from concerned friends. She feels very lucky but is concerned about how the affected areas will cope. At the time of the filming she was also worried about missing friends, but they've since turned up safe and well.
