Shirley went on holiday to Kenya and was shocked by the malnutrition and malaria that the children were suffering from. She and Eddie returned home and decided to do something about it, so they raise money for children in Kenya including an ambulance for local people. At first, the children ran away because they thought it was a police car, but they took it around schools to let them familiarise themselves with it. Shirley never thought she'd need it herself...
