MISS MARTIN By Tony Storey Tony is the longest serving headteacher in the country, having spent all his 33 years as a teacher at the Hayfield School. He retires next year and this year has won The Lifetime Achievement Award. He talks about how one of his primary school teachers inspired him to go into the profession.
