It all seemed so simple four years ago when Simon gave up computer sales and bought the Lion Inn at Woonton near Leominster. But despite a band of loyal regulars, and a list of special events as long as your arm, Simon and his wife simply aren't drawing in enough customers to make ends meet. So Simon takes on a second job to pay the bills and keep the business afloat, and works a fourteen hour day to beat the credit crunch.
