THE BARTON By Marriane Suhr The Barton is in the village of East Welcombe on the North Devon coast. This is a group of buildings in a small and remote hamlet. The manor house has already been restored and offers a variety of arts and crafts activities, and now the village is looking for support to restore the barn and possibly the farmhouse to provide accommodation and run activities for local groups.
