CANOEING

Nick's favourite pastime at the moment is canoeing. Some people go walking to keep fit, but instead of doing that he heads out onto the lakes in the evening. It can be pretty miserable when the rain's pelting down, but it can also be wonderful if you catch the sun setting over the hills...

Canoeing is available to everyone across the country in many ways. I paddle with young and old from all walks of life and all abilities. Allan Cheetham
All very nice but only available to a few people. It's walking the streets for most of us! |
