CRUFTS By Majorie Booth Majorie's highlight of the year is the annual Crufts event, although there is more to it than turning up on the day. What with puppy training classes, championship shows and then the final event it's been a busy year for Majorie in the dog showing industry. She thinks the event is well worth it as it's like a great big family get-together.

Your thoughts about this video
Kate Riley What a pleasure it was to view Majorie Booth's video. Like her, my mother shows pedigree dogs and from a young age I was encouraged to start part-taking in junior-handling classes. I fully empathise with leaving the house at 4am and returning late at night and you might not even bring home a rosette! Yet regardless of top-prizes or not, your dogs are a major part of your family. Majorie was correct in feeling that Crufts is, 'Like a big, family day out.' Now that my sister and I have left home, we always make our way to Birmingham each year to support our mother and her affix! Thank you and good luck at Crufts for future years!
