Rosslyn Thankyou for making this video
:) I have had M.E for many years - and can really empathise and understand how you must have felt / must be feeling with this condition.... I used to be as ill as you described in the video - however i became vegan maybe around 2 years ago or a bit less , and the improvement in diet has really helped - i was surprised by how much ! So, i am feeling substantially better than i was back then - although still pretty ill and lousy unfortunately :P but i can really feel that I'm improving these days, which is really good. I really hope that you have been able to recover a lot since then ! I've also found deep breathing excercises to be very helpful as, like many people who have M.E, i was breathing very shallowly (and often nowadays i still do, unless i pay attention to my breathing) and thus i feel that a lot of the time i was and am on a point near 'oxygen poverty' , so breathing much more deeply really does boost my intake of oxygen a lot and really helps. :D i also really enjoy listening to audio books - i find it much less exhausting than reading books. :) i hope that you're having a 'good day' today, and that you have many many good days in the future.
