GROUNDFORCE By Ekie Lansdown-Bridge Ekie is the head of this school for boys who have been excluded from mainstream schools. She won a regional award for Innovation in Education. She was nominated by a parent who said 'Before Ekie arrived at the school... it was dreaded by parents if your child was going to be sent there. I believe from personal experience that this is no longer the case.' Ekie talks about how the boys are her own inspiration.
Gill Lever Ekie, I think you are marvellous and if more people gave these kids the discipline and direction that you give they would feel better about themselves and therefore achieve more self respect. Well done, I am with you 100%
