Well I searched my brothers name Simon Bird and yours came up. Im a lone parent of a 5 year old boy. Im 26 and decided when he started full time school last year that I would return to Uni. It was very hard work but has paid off and I have been offered and accepted for a place at Nottingham Vet school for 6 years. It has been hard and god knows how i will get through it (with being a mummy too) but you have to remember this........Its not where you are standing that counts; it's where you are looking. Think about it.

Az

I am a 19 year old university student. I believe every body including my self find it difficult to study sometimes and get there work done. But you have shown you have developed a positive attitude and motivation. Well done, this shows that you can do your best. It will get hard, but dont let the pressure get to you to much. Perhaps make up a table for when you have exams, making sure you have time for yourself as well. I did this for my GCSE's and now im in my second year of study in university. It's great. Good luck!!

Make time for yourself as well as all the work. It is good you are working hard now but it is also important to enjoy life whilst you are young. Parents want the best for you and it is clear your parents are doing what they feel is right. But don't let the pressure take over. I had problems at school and now have a good job as a Market Research Executive and own my own business. Would never have thought I would do ok at 16.

I didn't quiet realize what you are talking about but you relly got a pretty nice, stylized room. I admired your wall very much, it draws all my attention. I am a 19 yr old college student not having a really good grades but as least I have survived the entrance exam. I know what you are going through. Keep working! I hope you can hold a much positive attitude toward it. Trust me, it would be much more easy.
