When mixed with the added wet ingredients, they make a cookie dough ready to oven bake.

Today we are going to make this very special, DIY Christmas gift for kids. They are Elf Poo Cookies and in four simple steps they can make these delicious cookies at home.
Simply add self-raising flour, light brown sugar, caster sugar and Elf Poo into your jar.
And there you have it! A very easy, special DIY gift for kids.
Ingredients
110g self-raising flour
1/4 tsp salt
58g light brown sugar
55g caster sugar
100g red and green chocolate sweets and sprinkles
You will need
Small bowl and spoon
1 clean jar (about 250-300ml) with lid
Ribbon or string
Instruction labels reading "Elf Poo Cookie Mix: Just add… 1 egg yolk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 60g butter!"
Method
1. Mix together flour and salt then add this mixture to your jar and tap gently.
2. Add the brown sugar and press down firmly with a spoon, then repeat with caster sugar.
3. Finish with the red and green chocolates and sprinkles.
4. Seal the lid tightly and attach your instruction label with a ribbon.
5. Give as a special DIY gift!
6. When you're ready to bake, place them in a 180°C oven for 7 minutes.
