So you are eating for one. Yes, you have a baby on board but you’re still eating for yourself. Your baby would always get their store from you. So whenever you’re eating the baby can get all their nutrients from everything you eat or from your own body. So you’re definitely eating for one. And if you have twins, you’re still eating for one.
