Angharad's tips

Tip one: Choose red lion eggs

Red Lion stamped eggs (those marked with the Red Lion logo in the UK) are safe for toddlers and pregnant women to eat raw or lightly cooked according to the NHS.

Tip two: Use tinned lentils

Tinned lentils are a quick and easy alternative to dried ones as no soaking or boiling required.
