Learning resources for ages 7-11

Play our collection of animated films in the classroom or at home. Each film breaks down the steps to writing a brilliant story into manageable chunks, from getting started to editing, then improving and finally, reading aloud. You can also make use of the learning resources provided by the official 500 Words partners; World Book Day, Oxford University Press and Pobble. These are interactive booklets that can be used on screens in classrooms or printed to send home with children.
