French KS2: Days of the week

I would like to be French.
I like the way they speak.
Although the words sound funny.
I'd be French all week.
When the week begins on lundi I think French is so neat.
On mardi I'd count to seven 'cause I've got an allergy to huit.

[Eww…]

I'd be French on lundi, even on a mardi.
Midweek on a mercredi and definitely on a jeudi.
Vendredi would also be so cool, samedi when I've got no school.
And I'd be French during Sunday lunch, which I'd eat at the end of the week…on dimanche.
Mercredi is the day when I'd eat cool French food.
On jeudi my accent makes everything I say sound a little bit rude.
On vendredi I'd build myself a small Eiffel Tower.
When samedi comes I'll be eating buns and croissants in my shower!

Dimanche is my day of rest. I spend it in my lit, drinking limonade and doing fizzy wee. [giggles]
