Drama KS3 / KS4: Singing workshop for a musical theatre production (pt 2/2)

The second part of a two-part singing workshop in which we see a musical theatre composer teaching a group of school children how to sing a two-part harmony, using the song Remember from the musical I Know Me.

We see her explaining how viewers can join in with the on-screen group, using karaoke-like captions as their guide.

Teacher Notes

Pupils can learn the two-part harmony for Remember by singing along with the karaoke-like guide.

Part Singing 2 can be used in class following Part Singing 1, thereby learning all the harmony parts for the song.

The musical I Know Me was devised and written to provide young people with learning difficulties, and their teachers, an accessible but musically challenging production to stage as a school musical.
