The Baker by Aarya J.

Once there was a sandwich man named Sam. A sandwich man is a man that loves sandwiches, it is all they eat. Sam was from New York City, the best place in the world for sandwiches. Sam loves sandwiches. One day Sam woke up and felt like eating a sandwich but it was too early to have one. He waited until the afternoon and by then he really wanted one! He looked at the time, and said to himself "I might just go for a walk to get a delicious sandwich". His favourite bakery was down the street and it sold scrumptious sandwiches, everyone loves them including Sam. He walks down a quiet street to the bakery.

Sam finally arrived to the bakery and ordered a pickle and salad sandwich. The baker went to the fridge and took out an avocado, tomato, cheese, lettuce, pickles and cucumbers. As he went to get the bread from the bread basket, all of sudden the lights magically turned off and on. The baker turned around and the ingredients had vanished. The baker shouted "Help, help! My ingredients are missing!". From the bread basket appeared Super Bread, wearing a long red cape, light blue mask and a big smile. "Super bread to the rescue" he yelled. The baker was shocked to see a slice of bread dressed as a super hero. Super Bread checked his Glow Watch and on it he could see the ingredients in the playground. "I'll help you" said Super Bread to the baker, your ingredients are at the playground, "I will bring them back to you" he said and he quickly ran to the playground.

When Super Bread arrived at the playground, he found that the ingredients were not there anymore. He decided to check his Glow Watch again, he said "they are at the museum, I need to go right away!" but this time he didn't run, he flew so he could get there faster. He flew through the clouds and he landed outside of the museum and ran inside. He found each ingredient hiding, there were blending into the objects around them. He decided to make them jump by scaring them and yelling "PICKLES"! He slides under them and grabs them. He flies them back to the bakery and returns them to the Baker. "Thank you for returning them but I can't give Sam live ingredients for his lunch" says the Baker to Super Bread.

The baker calls Sam and says "Sam the ingredients are alive! I can't use them for you sandwich" and Sam replies "oh then I will have to keep them as cute little pets". The avocado, tomato, cheese, lettuce, pickles and cucumbers become part of Sam's family and they lived happily ever after. Super Bread goes to find more adventures and mysteries to solve in New York City. The bakery became very famous for its pet ingredients and people came from all over the world to see them.
