"My friends call it the Willie Gush and say that I am plugged into the mains of life..." I'm aged 50 and married with three grown up children. I'm a project co-ordinator for an environmental charity called Groundwork.
My hobbies are holistic therapy, martial arts, swimming, walking, reading, writing, poetry, travel, meeting people, theatre and much more. I live in Wistaston, near Crewe, Cheshire. The story is just a part of the life changes that have happened to me over the past few years and this part was chosen to show others that losing your job at any age doesn't mean you are on the scrap heap. I also wanted people to understand the power of being positive. Inside lives was fantastic, Marie and Mark made everyone feel like their best friends and their skills in getting people to talk were excellent. A credit to the Beeb, I will recommend this experience to many.
