I like the cooking.
Fresh spice;
Coriander leaves, green chillies.
Tomatoes, ginger, garlic.
Garam Masala
(we make our own)
Cardamom,
Cinnamon,
Bay leaves. Cloves. Meat is lamb, fresh lamb.
Chicken, also, and fish.
King prawns from Bangladesh -
Everything, fresh. I like best, garnishing
A flower, from a tomato
Fresh coriander, sprinkled on,
Lemon, in all kinds of shapes. End of the day, yes, Im tired -
But Im satisfied.
