Go like that crack! On the edge of the pan. Pull the shell apart, Slide the egg into the pan. The egg-white is clear, Like water, like oil. Then it bubbles, it spits, Turns white, Ready for eating. Year 5 pupils, Churnet View Middle School working with writer Pamela Brough Sandiford
