Knypersley Pool is a very special place to my family and me as it was there my Granddad Brown and Uncle Jack used to spend hours fishing. In fact he and Uncle Jack went fishing there on his wedding day!
They used to say it was the nearest place to heaven. The photography of the bridge is taken from the place where he used to sit fishing and as I never knew my Granddad Brown (he died before I was born) it is a very special place to me.
It is also a very special place for my Mum as my Granddad used to take her there every Sunday while my Grandma cooked the Sunday dinner. Also, she and Dad used to fish there.
