Sport Relief raffle terms and conditions
5 live's 606 programme is giving you a chance to win a fantastic prize! One lucky person will win two tickets to every England game at Wembley in their 2014 World Cup qualifying group, as well a signed England shirt. PLUS two tickets for a Strictly Come Dancing Experience (as guests of Claudia Winkleman), to watch a show live in the TV studio and go backstage to meet some of the stars.
Detail/Restrictions:
The prize consists of:
Two tickets to every home England world cup qualifying game at Wembley in the group qualification stage to win the right to play at the 2014 FIFA World Cup finals.
These are general admission tickets and do not include any play-off games which England could have to play if they do not qualify automatically from their group.

Any changes to these fixtures: opponents, dates, venues and kick off times can be found and/or will be confirmed on the Football Association’s website.
If a match was cancelled/postponed or moved to another venue the FA will arrange for new tickets to the new match.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No other age limit restrictions.
The FA must be informed if any of the tickets are transferred to friends or family and will need to know their names and other details. The tickets cannot be sold on under any circumstances.
England shirt
One signed England shirt. The England shirt has been signed by the squad who were together for the recent International Friendly match against Holland. The shirt will come with an authenticity card signed by The FA and an autograph card where you can if identify the signatures on the shirt.
Both of these prizes have been donated by the Football Association.
Strictly Come Dancing
These tickets will be for a Strictly Come Dancing 2012 mid-series show. The BBC retains the right to revoke the ticket offer if the winner is unable to accept on the date (or one of the dates) for which the tickets are offered.
No guarantee can be given about the show date the winner will be offered.
No guarantee can be offered about meeting any particular Strictly Come Dancing presenter, judge, dancer, celebrity, musician or member of the production team.
You must be aged 18 or over for the Strictly Come Dancing Experience and to attend the BBC studios.
No other costs, such as accommodation, travel, meals or refreshments are included for any of the listed prizes.
The winner will be responsible for ensuring they (and their companion) have the necessary and sufficient travel and personal insurance, where necessary, as the BBC, Comic Relief, Football Association and Somethin’ Else will not accept liability for any accidents/damages/losses whilst travelling to or from the event or whilst at the event.
The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative. The Strictly Come Dancing experience cannot be sold or transferred in any circumstances.
Contestants are responsible for ensuring that ticket holders are of the minimum age required to attend any of the events, or, where required their parent/guardian consent to attend or travel.
The winner and their guest(s) must have no criminal convictions of any kind whatsoever that might preclude them from attending any sporting event and the winner should notify the BBC immediately if there are any criminal charges brought against them up to the date of their entry.
Entrants should be aware that this prize will be promoted on BBC Radio 5 live and details will be on both the BBC Sport Relief website and the 5 live website. The winner will be informed by email and their name will be announced on Radio 5 Live.
1.The Twitrelief raffle (“the Raffle”) is being promoted by and on behalf of Comic Relief, a charity registered in England (number 326568 – England & Wales, SC039730 - Scotland) (“the Charity”) and powered by the external lottery manager Rogavi Network Limited (“Rogavi”).
2. The Charity is registered with the London Borough of Lambeth to promote and operate the Raffle as a Small Society Lottery in accordance with the provisions of the Gambling Act 2005.
3. By entering the Raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Raffle is open to all UK residents who are aged 16 (sixteen) or over except for employees of the Charity or Rogavi;
5. Any person found to be under 16 (sixteen) years of age automatically forfeits the right to any prize. The Charity will carry out checks to verify the age of participants.
6. If you win and wish to give the prize as a gift, including if you intend give the prize to a person under 16 (sixteen) years of age, specific approval must be obtained from Comic Relief. Please note Comic Relief will not in any circumstances approve a Superfollow prize to be transferred to a person under 16 (sixteen) years of age.
7. Please ensure before you buy a ticket that you are legally able to win the prize for the draw you wish to enter. It is the responsibility of all ticket holders to ensure that, should they be the winner of the raffle, they have the necessary permissions or authorisations to carry out the activity specified, including (by way of example, not limitation) appropriate identification, clean driving licence and minimum age qualification and so on.
8. When you purchase a raffle ticket, a unique ticket number will be generated, by random selection through secure computer software. This number will be issued with your lottery e-ticket.
9. All raffle tickets are priced at £2.50 and individuals are limited to an aggregate maximum of 500 tickets across all the Twitrelief raffle draws.
10. All Raffle entry sales are final. Refunds are at Comic Relief’s sole discretion and will be payable only where Comic Relief deems it reasonable, having regard for all the circumstances. All participants acknowledge that their payment of £2.50 per ticket to enter the Raffle does not guarantee that they will win any prize.
11. Full payment for each ticket must be received in cleared funds before the ticket can be entered into the draw. Only tickets for which full payment has been received are eligible to win a prize.
12. Payment for Raffle tickets can be made by debit/credit card.
13. Details of the draw time for each raffle prize will be sent by email with the e-ticket and may also be found on raffle.twitrelief.com (the “Website”). However the Charity reserves the right to amend the draw time at its discretion.
14. The winning numbers for each draw will be chosen at random using a computerised system from all entries received by the closing date.
15.The Charity reserves the right in exceptional and unforeseen circumstances to substitute any of the Raffle prizes for a similar prize at the Charity's absolute discretion.
16. The winners of the Raffle prizes will be notified by email and named on the Website. Unsuccessful ticket holders will not be notified.
17. Where the prize is an item (as opposed to a Superfollow or Meet and Greet prize), the item will be dispatched within 10 working days of the close of the draw to the address given by the winner using the postage service detailed in the item description.
18. If the delivery of the item is to be fulfilled by a celebrity directly, Comic Relief will supply the winner’s delivery details to the celebrity (or the celebrity’s representative), who will fulfil the prize in a reasonable amount of time.
19 .A ‘Superfollow’ prize includes the relevant celebrity following the winner on Twitter for at least 90 days (it will be at the celebrity’s discretion to continue following the winner of the Superfollow package beyond 90 days); retweeting one of the winner’s tweets (as selected at the celebrity’s discretion) and sending one tweet mentioning the winner’s Twitter @username.
20. Superfollow prize winners will be contacted by Comic Relief within 10 working days of the close of the draw to provide their Twitter name and any other details needed to fulfill the prize. Comic Relief will pass the Twitter name to the celebrity within 10 working days of receiving this information. The celebrity will begin following the winner on Twitter and fulfill the retweet and mention within 30 days of receiving the winner’s information, subject to the celebrity’s schedule.
21. Please note that if the winner of a Superfollow prize is a commercial entity (rather than a private individual) the celebrity may be precluded by existing contractual arrangements from retweeting tweets or @twitternames containing the name of certain business or commercial entities. Any celebrity who is a BBC artist reserves the right not to follow any individual or group that would conflict with BBC values so as to bring the corporation into disrepute.
22. Any defamatory, offensive, infringing, obscene, indecent, unlawful or objectionable contributions or breach of these terms may result in revocation of the Superfollow at the Charity and/or the celebrity’s discretion. Respect for the celebrity and Charity is expected at all times.
23. Meet and Greet prize winners’ details will be provided to the relevant celebrity (or the celebrity’s representative) by Comic Relief and the winner will be contacted directly by the celebrity (or the celebrity’s representative) within 10 working days of the draw or as soon as reasonably permissible, following full receipt of payment by the Charity. The Charity will not be directly involved in the fulfillment of Meet and Greet prizes.
24. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the winner is responsible for all arrangements and costs required to take up the fulfillment of a Meet and Greet prize, including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs, general expenses including food and beverages, travel insurance and any other necessary documentation, including proof of age.
25. It shall be the responsibility of the winner of a Meet and Greet prize to come to agreement with the celebrity (or celebrity’s representative) for the fulfillment of their prize. All aspects of fulfillment of the prize are subject to such agreement being reached and any specific conditions specified.
26. If a Meet and Greet prize winner is unable to reach agreement with the celebrity or celebrity’s representative regarding fulfillment (through no fault of the celebrity or their representative) then the Charity shall be entitled without challenge or complaint to award the item to another ticket holder.
27. The Charity and/or the celebrity may cancel the Meet and Greet prize at any time should the winner behave in an inappropriate or offensive manner.
28. By accepting any prize, the winner agrees to take part in promotional activity and the Charity reserves the right to use the name and location of the winner, and their photograph, in any publicity.
29. All participants are solely responsible for providing and (where necessary) updating the Charity with their accurate and up-to-date contact details and the Charity will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to contact any participant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details that the participant has provided.
30. The Charity shall not be liable to any participant for any loss or damage suffered or arising from:
• any delays or failures in the postal service or other delivery methods used by the Charity or the participant;
• any delays or failures in any software or other systems used by the Charity and/or Rogavi for the administration of the Raffle;
• any delays or failures in the banking system used by the Charity and/or Rogavi or the participant;
• any refusal by the Charity to accept an individual's entry or the cancellation of an entry;
• any event beyond the reasonable control of the Charity.
31. To the extent permitted by law, Comic Relief excludes any liability for loss or damage incurred by any winner of a prize in connection with or arising from the use of the prizes or participation in the Raffle.
32. The Charity is committed to protecting the privacy of participants. Personal information that is collected from participants is used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. In providing your information to the Charity, you consent to the Charity and Rogavi using your information to process your Raffle entry and otherwise as described in these terms and conditions including (but not limited to) passing winners’ contact details on to celebrities and/or their representatives for the purposes of fulfilling Superfollow or Meet and Greet prizes and publishing winners’ names on the Website. 33. The Charity reserves the right to:
• disqualify or decline to accept the entry of any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these Rules or otherwise acted fraudulently;
• terminate or suspend the Raffle for reasons beyond its reasonable control; or
• amend these Terms and Conditions at any time

35. The Laws of England and Wales shall govern the interpretation and/or enforcement of these Rules the Charity and all participants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
36. In the event of any dispute regarding the Raffle, if the dispute cannot be resolved by the parties, it will be referred to an independent third party.
