The story so far as Lawrence and the team reach Wales
Lawrence Dallaglio and the team have reached Wales with just over a week left of their challenge.
The crew were joined by special guests en route to Wales during their 2,888km cycle ride through all the Six Nations countries - all in aid of Sport Relief.
England cricketers Andrew Flintoff and Michael Vaughan, former Wales rugby union international Ieuan Evans and former England rugby union players Jason Leonard and Josh Lewsey put on their helmets to join Dallaglio and his hardy unit.
"I probably got the best reception I've had in Cardiff because I didn't have thousands of fans giving me abuse," said Dallaglio inside their next port of call, Wales' Millennium Stadium.
"The other team members who are giving up their time to join Lawrence on the ride are brilliant," added former England cricket captain Vaughan.
The team will now move on to Stage Five, the final stage, which will take them over the Irish Sea, past Dublin's Croke Park, on to Belfast and back over the waters to Edinburgh for the Calcutta Cup between Scotland and England on 12 March.
