Freddie chats about putting his injuries behind him for Sport Relief
With former England cricket captain Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff getting over an injury, his physio spotted a great way to help him on the path to recovery - joining the Dallaglio Cycle Slam.
Physio The Rooster saw in the Cycle Slam a great way to help the cricketer get back into shape - but with Flintoff joining the team this week, it's become apparent he's taken on quite a challenge.
"I don't know what I've got myself into," he said. "I'm getting on better than I thought, to be honest."
"I had surgery on my knee five weeks ago and this is the first significant thing I've done. It's going to be good for my knees and strenghten my legs again."
The Dallaglio Cycle Slam sees a team cycling through all of the Six Nations countries, taking in each of the international rugby stadia along the way.
