Myskina's elevation to the world's top 20 has come as a result of her outstanding form in the summer of 2002. The 21-year-old reached two finals on grass, won the second title of her career and reached another final in Leipzig losing only to Serena Williams. Now the highest ranked Russian, Myskina's compact game has proved more productive in terms of consistency than the likes of compatriots Anna Kournikova and Elena Dementieva. The only question-mark over Myskina is her ability to bring her best form to the Grand Slam competition - since turning professional in 1999, she has failed to get beyond the third round. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
