Seles has entered the Australian Open only seven times since she made her WTA debut and won it on four occasions. The 29-year-old has made no secret of the fact that she has started to think about a life beyond tennis but for now she continues to be a potent force in the game. Although she may have lost some pace, Seles' groundstrokes can be devastating and she has always prospered in Melbourne. She beat Venus Williams on her way to the semi-finals last year and incredibly has never failed to reach the last eight. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
