Wasps have signalled their intent to improve on last season by tempting former Wales and Lions scrum-half Rob Howley to London. But champions Leicester have also added to their squad, with French prop Franck Tournaire one of the new arrivals at Welford Road. The southern hemisphere contingent has also swelled with the arrivals of Wallaby Graeme Bond, Springboks Andre Vos and Thinus Delport, and All Black Bruce Reihana.
