| Knights share spoils with Giants ![]() London and Belfast fought out a draw Belfast Giants 2-2 London Knights London Knights claimed a precious point in the race for the Superleague title coming from behind twice to claim a draw away to fellow challengers Belfast Giants. It was the Knights first game without coach Bob Leslie, who stepped down during to week to be with his wife, who has cancer. Assistant player-coach Paul Rushforth took over but things looked bleak for the Knights when they went behind after just 68 seconds when Dave Matsos netted for the Giants The Knights drew level early in the second period through Ian McIntyre but Kevin Riehl restored Belfast's lead shortly afterwards. Gerad Adams tied the game up again with seven minutes left for London, who lost 7-2 on their previous visit to the Odyssey in early January. Overtime failed to find a winner and Belfast are now six points behind leaders Sheffield Steelers with three games in hand.
