Chris Evans and Jonny Saunders head to Bournemouth this week to learn how to play Beach Volleyball, with help from capable tutors Zara Dampney and Shauna Mullin from the GB Women's Team.

See the boys learn the volleyball basics, sit back and watch the girls play against each other, then take on their challenge to see which of them is the best at the sport.
