For the sixth challenge in their series, Chris Evans and Jonny Saunders headed to the Lee Valley Athletics Centre, home to three of the four British track and field medallists at the Beijing Olympics.

Denise Lewis OBE (gold medal winner in the heptathlon at the 2000 Sydney Olympics) stepped up to coach Chris and Jonny in five athletic events.

We appreciate it's not strictly a "proper" pentathlon, but it was proper hard. So, watch the video to see how they got on.
