In pictures: Eager wait at Wimbledon

Tennis fans have been queuing through the night in the hope of getting tickets for the first day of the Wimbledon tournament.
Some took their spot as early as Friday morning for the chance to cheer on their favourite players.

Here is a snapshot of the final preparations for fans and Wimbledon organisers:
