Justine Henin reaches Den Bosch quarter-finals

Henin has won seven grand slam titles

Justine Henin reached the quarter-finals in Den Bosch with a 6-3 6-3 win over Italy's Roberta Vinci.

The former world number one, who is competing in her first grass-court tournament in three years, will now face German Kristina Barrois.

In the men's competition, third seed Tommy Robredo of Spain was beaten 6-1 6-4 by German Simon Greul.

Colombia's Santiago Giraldo recorded a 6-4 6-4 win over fourth-seed Serb Viktor Troicki.

Defending champion Benjamin Becker swept aside Henri Kontinen of Finland 6-2 6-1.

Other results in the women's event saw fourth seed Yaroslava Shvedova beat Australia's Anastasia Rodionova 2-6 6-3 6-2, while fifth-seeded Alexandra Dulgheru secured her quarter-final berth with a 6-3 2-6 6-1 win over Russia's Alla Kudryavtseva.
