Marray (front) and Delgado had beaten the 13th seeds in the previous round |
Jamie Delgado and Jonathan Marray were beaten in straight sets in the men's doubles to end Britain's hopes in the competition for another year. The unseeded duo lost 7-5 6-4 6-4 to second seeds Daniel Nestor and Nenad Zimonjic in an hour and 44 minutes. It means that Jamie Murray, with Liezel Huber in the mixed doubles, is the only Briton left in any doubles event. They take on sixth seeds Mike Bryan and Bethanie Mattek-Sands in the third round on Wednesday.
