Henman made his Davis Cup debut in 1994 against Romania |
Tim Henman is set to play in the Davis Cup for the first time since 2004 after being named in Great Britain's squad for April's tie with the Netherlands. The 32-year-old ended his self-imposed exile to lead Britain's charge alongside world number 12 Andy Murray.
Murray is joined by brother Jamie, a doubles specialist, while Greg Rusedski lends his experience alongside Jamie Baker and Richard Bloomfield.
The Euro-African Zone One tie takes place in Birmingham on 6-8 April.
GB captain John Lloyd said: "I am confident we have one of the strongest teams in years for this tie against the Netherlands.
"It is vital for us to win if we are to work our way back into the World Group.

"I am really excited about the balance of the team with huge professional experience and some really exciting young talent."
Henman, whose last Davis Cup tie was the defeat by Austria in 2004, was persuaded to return after a number of meetings with Lloyd.
He had originally retired from the competition to concentrate on his singles career.
Murray's older brother Jamie, 21, gets the call after winning two ATP tour titles this season and rising to a doubles world ranking of 43.
Rusedski has played just one match this year, losing to Kenneth Carlsen in a Challenger event earlier this month, and the Davis Cup tie could mark his final appearance.
Bloomfield, 23, has climbed to 183 in the singles rankings after some impressive performances on the Challenger circuit so far this year.
Scotsman Baker is ranked 269 in the world and returns to the squad having also been selected last year.
