Britain's Andy Murray looks set to continue his march up the rankings after beating Cecil Mamiit to reach the quarter-finals at the Vancouver Open. The fourth seed lost the first set on a tie-break, but fought back to secure a 6-7 (7-4) 6-3 6-4 victory.
Murray has impressed on the Challenger circuit since his headline-grabbing displays at Wimbledon.
The Scot, who will face Paul Baccanello in the last eight, has moved up to 153 in the world rankings.
