Here is a report of a thrilling encounter between Ireland and Italy.
Ireland 3-2 Italy - By Aaron Wall
Ireland snatched a dramatic last minute winner in their 3-2 victory over reigning champions Italy.
Ireland started well, keeping most of the possession and having numerous chances to score before they got their opener with a low shot into the left hand bottom corner.
Within minutes Ireland were two up with a crisp finish into the right hand corner.
Italy hit the crossbar with a fierce shot before they finally scored from close range. They then went down to three men after their striker was sin binned for throwing the ball into an opponent's face.
With only three men on the pitch, Italy's spirits still weren't dampened, and they managed to get the ball in the net.
However, it was disallowed for a foul on the Irish keeper. The luck of Irish was looking like it may have deserted them when the resulting free-kick deflected back into their own net making it 2-2.
But it proved it was still hanging around when they managed to score in the last minute to clinch a 3-2 victory.
