Scrum V have been looking for a team to adopt and motivate for the 2009/10 season - and the three on the shortlist went through a gruelling selection process which would have made Sir Alan Sugar wince.
In 2008/9, the show took on failing Abercarn RFC, who had slipped into Division Five East after two successive relegation seasons.
Rick O'Shea and the Scrum V team followed them for the year, with regular pieces on the Sunday show as we brought in top coaches, a nutritionist, and even the cheerleaders who helped inspire them to promotion.
The selection process in 2009 began at the end of last season when Rick invited emails from interested clubs.
They were whittled down to a shortlist of three - Treherbert, Llandrindod Wells and Bangor RFCs
On Sunday's Scrum V we saw the the tough interview-selection process with the winner announced on the programme.
And the winner is - Bangor RFC - the club which Scrum V will follow throughout the season to see if they can emulate the success of last year's club, Abercarn, who gained promotion.
