Paul John will be looking for Wales to improve on poor pre-Christmas form

Wales will be up against Argentina, Zimbabwe and Uruguay at the Rugby World Cup Sevens in Dubai, 5-7 March.

Twenty-four men's teams and, for the first time, 16 women's team will battle it out to be crowned world champions.

Before that, Wales will play Argentina, Fiji and Mexico in the next round of the International Rugby Board World Series, in the USA on 14-15 February.

Coach Paul John's side will be looking to improve in San Diego after poor showings in recent events.
