"That would make for an experienced second-row pairing," said Wyatt. "The club have told me they need some older heads and they are determined to make a mark on French rugby. "I'll be involved in a minor coaching role, which is a big attraction for me at this stage of my career. I want to coach when I finish playing." Wyatt's contract runs for one season with an option to extend his playing career for another term. He is now planning to prepare himself for pre-season training that starts on 1 August by building up a sweat in his home patch of Newport. "I'll be heading out to France for pre-season training and need to be ready for that so I'll be going to a boxing gym in the next few weeks to do a bit of training on my own," said Wyatt.
