Wales Women slumped to defeat at Ebbw Vale on Saturday as South Africa Women began their British tour in style. South Africa lost twice at home to Wales last summer, but made no mistake in their first ever match in Wales.
Wales trailed just 6-7 at half-time, as Awen Thomas' two penalties kept Wales in touch after Ronwin Kelly's converted try for South Africa.
But another Kelly try and a brace from Nomsa Tedekwana, plus a Lebeth Oktober, conversion, saw South Africa home.
