Miles Benjamin scored on his debut for England Under-20's
Worcester wing Miles Benjamin says the arrival of Chris Latham at Sixways has had a major effect on the squad.
Benjamin, who scored two tries in Sunday's EDF Cup against London Irish, reveals that Latham has been handing out tips to all Worcester's youngsters.
"He's got a depth of experience I don't have," Benjamin told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"When you gets someone who is willing to help you out every week, it's a big influence."
Benjamin was watched on Sunday by England supremo Martin Johnson. And, after missing out on an England Saxons place last summer, he could well feature in the winter internationals.
The Warriors Academy graduate admits he had been out of the action a bit this season until Sunday.
"I've got to develop as a player and find other way to get into the game more," he said. "It was easy last season with the likes of Thinus Delport and Shane Drahm who sort of looked after me, but Chris has given me more responsibility this season."

Benjamin admits it is great to see the younger players coming through at Sixways.
"Charlie Fellows is 20 and has come into the team and done well and Alex Grove is someone I know well and have sort of grown up with.
"With Graham Kitchener in the second row, the future's bright and we can build for the rest of the season."
Warriors' next game is in Italy on Saturday against Petraca in the European Challenge Cup. There will be full commentary on the game on 104 fm frequencies on BBC Hereford and Worcester.
