Andrew Sheridan joined Sale Sharks in 2004
England and Sale prop Andrew Sheridan has not only spent the past 12 months recovering from a shoulder dislocation, but has also been recording a 16-song album, ironically entitled "Where we go from here". The 30-year-old suffered the injury last October while playing for the Sharks against Cardiff Blues in the Heineken Cup and underwent two separate operations to repair the injury to his left shoulder and long-standing damage on his right. He returned to action in September but has revealed how he passed the time while on the sidelines. "I recorded the album at a studio in Manchester and when I played it to a few friends, they persuaded me to make it available on iTunes," said Sheridan who has been named in England's Elite Player Squad by Martin Johnson. Sale Sharks media manager Dave Swanton who also hosts a popular radio programme on the BBC added: "I was pleasantly surprised when I heard the tracks. "I knew Sherry played the guitar but didn't know how good he was. Hopefully it will pick up some airplay in the coming months."
