Rodber was a no-nonsense forward for Northampton |
Former Northampton number eight Tim Rodber has been linked with a return to the club as part of a management reshuffle at Franklin's Gardens. The former England and Lions back-row is a potential candidate for the post of recruitment director.
The post has been created following the departure of Northampton director of rugby Budge Pountney last month.
"If it was to be Tim Rodber I'd welcome it. He's a good friend and godfather to my son," said Saints boss Paul Grayson.
"But whoever gets the job I'll be happy to work with them."
